Fair Price with Price match
If you discover that a product can be bought cheaper in another store we will match the price. You simply purchase the item in the usual way and attach a link to the other retailer in the note field on the ‘Place Order’ page. We will then only claim the matched price when we ship your order. However, it is important that the matched price includes shipping costs. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.
All our prices shown on www.domusnord.com are incl. Danish VAT 25%. Prices are daily prices.
The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase. Domusnord makes reservations for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as sold out goods and delivery failures from our suppliers.
Once you place an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us. You will also receive a new mail the same day your order is shipped. When you trade with Domusnord.com agreements will be made according to EU consumer rights. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email to email@example.com.
We offer several possible payment methods. We recommend all customers to pay with a credit or debit card which is the most secure payment method.
We accept the following card types: Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.
Online payment by card
When paying by electronic debit or credit card the amount is withdrawn once the goods are ready for shipment. Payment is by a secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. This means that your card details cannot be read by outsiders. When paying with debit or credit card we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true. We may at any time reduce the amount paid – if for example a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, we can never raise the approved amount.
We have all the displayed items in stock and will ship your order within 24 hours and then the delivery time will be 2-5 days depending on your selected country. We always ship orders in incoming order. Longer delivery may occur during periods with sales, birthday or similar special occasions. We will keep you updated in the website.
Your shipping costs depend on your selected country. In Denmark we have free delivery for purchases above 239 DKK. We strive to give you the lowest possible shipping costs. We deliver to the nearest pick up shop Monday to Friday with GLS / PostNord. You will receive a notification by text message or email when you can pick up your package. Therefore, remember to enter both mobile and email when ordering.
Shipping costs Europe – outside the EU
Domusnord has stockroom in Denmark. This means that your goods must get through custom clearance when crossing the border to countries in Europe outside the EU. You do not have to pay VAT both in Denmark and the receiver country. Therefore, we deduct the Danish VAT 25% before we ship to you and before you pay. The price you pay online is always exclusive of VAT. You must therefore remember that customs duty, VAT and possibly other charges is added when you receive the goods. The amount depends on where the goods are produced and the receiver country rules. Domusnord has nothing to do with the collection of this.
We deliver smaller shipments with GLS, PostNord or DHL and larger shipments such as furniture with DSV or a similar international freight service. The total shipping costs includes a fixed customs clearance fee (this varies from country to country) and the shipping costs. The shipping costs depends on the weight and size of the ordered goods and of the specific receiver country. You can see your total shipping costs once you have added your products to the shopping cart. Delivery time is typically 3-6 days depending on the customs clearance and delivery method.
Returns and cancellation rights
When you shop at Domusnord, you have a 14-day cancellation right where you can notify us if you regret your purchase and then return the item to us. In order to assert the right of cancellation you must notify us by clear statement by email within 14 days of the arrival of your order. The goods must be returned within 14 days from your email statement. The right of the return runs from the day your order was delivered to the pick up shop or your address. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
If the item is unpacked and opened, we consider it “used”, which means that we can only return a small part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. We consider used goods to be of no trade value. The right of cancellation does not apply to customized items, including table tops and framed posters. Posters rolled in tubes can ONLY be returned if the poster has not been unfolded and if the silk paper is unbroken. Shipping costs are not refundable, only the amount paid for the goods.
In the case of a return/exchange of an item, the cost of the return will be your responsibility. You carry the risk of the goods from the delivery until we have received it back. It is your responsibility that the goods are returned properly wrapped and in original packaging. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the goods without giving us clear notice at the same time.

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. Which means you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the product due to faulty handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding errors and deficiencies must be communicated to Domusnord in reasonable time upon receipt of the goods. We consider maximum 2 months a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (fair) shipping costs.

We need thorough information about returned goods. Please inform us about the problem as much in detail as possible. We do not receive parcels sent by COD or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging. Valid receipt must be presented. If the complaint is due to damage in connection with the transport, this must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Please provide photo documentation of both the damaged packaging and the item.

We do not disclose your personal information to others. The information is only registered in our customer directory. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you correctly. The personal information is registered at Domusnord and stored for up to five years and hereafter the information will be deleted. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it always happens when you give your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The Director and employees of Domusnord have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. As registered at Domusnord, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what kind of information that is registered about you. You have these rights according to the EU GDPR. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We use a log statistic. This is a statistics system that collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where the users leave the web site etc. The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing the functionality of the shop.
