Katrine Engman is an artistic and creative woman. Art has always been a significant part of Katrine’s life. She comes from a family where art, culture, architecture, psychology and philosophy have always been present. She finds her inspiration in the beautiful nature in the island of Møn south of Copenhagen, where she lives and works from her studio. Katrine creates her art pieces in a process where hand-painted and hand-cut fields and shapes are combined into motives that are processed in a graphic and digital production and put together into beautiful collages. This ads a very distinct and exclusive expression to Katrine’s art works.
